The Leviton 4M089-1WM Multimedia Outlet System (MOS) Surface-Mount Box holds one 1-unit MOS module. The box is ideal for work areas where a surface mount fiber optic connection is desired. Cover easily closes/removes with a single snap-lock latch, cover can also be screwed down; screw is hidden under label window, and a threaded brass insert is included to prevent stripping
- Accepts one 1-unit high MOS inserts
- Double-sided tape and #6 wood screws included for mounting
- Accepts magnets (41030-SMJ) for mounting to steel surfaces.
- Tested to UL 2043 as suitable for use in air-handling spaces per NEC 300-22(b)(c)
- Materials: Self-extinguishing ABS plastic, rated UL 94V-0
